Can we integrate ZoomPhone recordings in the cloud to Panopto in the same way as Zoom web meeting record?

I am a freelancer with over twenty thousand followers on Instagram and more than five thousand on my blog. I am looking for opportunities to collaborate with brands that fit my niche. For that purpose, I have to make videos ad Reels that are effective and that shows my personality so people can connect with me. As you know, Instagram Reels is a new yet very popular feature on the app, and I think it's a great way to show off your products or brand.

I am also very active on YouTube, with over ten thousand subscribers. I make videos about lifestyle, travel, fashion, and beauty.

However, at the time, I feel my video quality is not as good as it should be. I am planning to buy a new camera and some other equipment to improve the quality of my videos. In addition, I am looking for video creation and editing tools.

While searching on various platforms, I came across Panopto. As you know, Panopto is a great way to create and share video content. You can use it to record lectures, create how-to videos, and more. Plus, you can share your videos with others through Panopto's sharing features. The best part about Panopto is that it's easy to use, and you can start creating and sharing videos immediately. Making content and investing in tools is a major risk and a big part of your investment.

Couple instructors asked me about this yesterday: When a Zoom meeting imports to Panopto, in the description field of the Panopto version of the recording, some Zoom data about the meeting populates in that field. Included in this information was a list of meeting participants.

Is there a way to not have this information get sent to Panopto, or a way to mass delete this? Instructors want to protect some student privacy, and having to manually delete this, while can be done quickly, sometimes one or two slip through the cracks and the information is not deleted.

I read https://support.panopto.com/s/article/How-to-Configure-Folder-Mapping-using-Zoom-LTI-Pro and I did the configuation but the folder doesn't associate with the meeting id (user's config).

I'm trying create a meeting with Zoom LTI Pro in Moodle with a creator user and the course is pre-provisioned in Panopto with the Panopto block.

When the user create a meeting, is this part 'Map Recurring Meeting Recordings to Folders for Users' automatic?

I did the following:

I recently setup our Zoom integration for capturing Zoom events into Panopto. I know the Chat is meant to get pulled into the video discussion but Discussions on our system have been disabled by organisational decree. So what happens to them? Is it possible to access them somewhere and pull them out on an individual basis?

We are using Zoom Panopto integration within Blackboard. Our Zoom lecture recordings can be saved in the wrong folder. For example, when our teachers schedule a meeting with LTI connection in the 5A classroom, their recording can go to the Panopto recording folder of different classes.

We need help.

One concern that I had with this is faculty using Zoom meetings for office hours. (Don't want those sent to Panopto). Also for those that have chosen to use Zoom for proctoring, don't want that saved in the cloud for students either.

We have a number of  Identity Providers that can use out panopto  and they may use the same email address. When we integrate zoom some of the cloud recordings go to one Identity Provider and some go to another one. They both have user’s accounts for both Identity Providers.

1. Is there a way to specify which is default?
2. What is the criteria for choosing which one is connected to zoom?
3. Can they go to both?

Any help with this issue much appreciated

Does Panopto or anyone here know if we can do an integration between two Zoom accounts, to a single Panopto account?

I am not referring to individuals here, rather to distinct managed Zoom tenants and a single Panopto tenant (not sure that is the language Panopto uses).

Anyone got any ideas?

I want to be able to have my Zoom meetings automatically uploaded into my Panopto account. Can I do this (at no added cost) if I have a Panopto Pro account?

Are there any limitations? I'm just looking for specifics and details regarding this such as how many times can recordings be played, how many can be stored, etc.?

Zoom enforces some API rate quotas on our institution and given that we already have some existing API integrations we would like to know what API calls the Zoom integration makes and with what frequency. I know the integration uses webhooks so it's not constantly polling Zoom, but knowing which and how many webhooks are installed (I only know of cloud recording and transcript), how many calls are made per webhook, and any other periodic API calls would help us better forecast whether we can live within our current API quotas.
