Looking for something equivalent to "the Panopto LTI Button for Atto is a text editor button that will let users embed Panopto videos in most areas where Moodle allows the Atto text editor to embed content".

We are a Canvas school, but I believe it is possible to embed content within the major LMSs. I think this guide should cover what you are looking for in Blackboard: https://support.panopto.com/s/article/Use-the-Panopto-Mashup-Tool
