Hello there. .
So what we are trynig to do is have complete folder information returned.
We set an "ExternalID" on a folder and are only able to interact with it through the SOAP calls?
Am I missing something about the REST ApI?

Yep, the REST api is underwhelming at this point.
They've been expanding it slowly, but at this pace, we are looking at years before things are 1:1. We have a few people that are interested in building things for our Panopto site, but they don't want to build out a toolset for SOAP when this is the only app we have that uses the tech.
