ucs sessionUpload process error using upload-python-sample

I assemble my folder contents with the https://github.com/Panopto/universal-content-library-specification
and validate the results. When I use the sessionUpload for ucs The upload starts but then returns state 3 (processing) and ultimately state 5 (process error).
Note: REST sessionUpload does not support multi-level folder sessionUploads - only one file at a time it appears. Please update the REST API to include addFolder options so we can organize bulk uploads - your old SOAP authentication for Identity Provider accounts is not clear to implement with python 3. Working with https://github.com/ccnmtl/pypanopto now due to these limitations.
