Content Retention Policy Exceptions

I would like to see the ability to add exceptions to a given content retention policy. Some examples of things that might be useful:
- Sharing status
- If something is shared publicly, fall back to sub-policy.
- Has professional captions
- If something has been professionally captioned, don't apply the policy.
