Add video info while uploading

I want to be able to edit the info of a video while it's uploading. (you can do this on YouTube.) So when it's done uploading, it's ready to publish. I shouldn't have to wait for it to finish before I type in the basic info. And when uploading multiple video files at once, be able to add the same info to all of them. This would really speed up ingesting, say, several videos taken at a conference, because all of them can have the same info about event and recording date, etc.
