Option to lock embedded interactive viewer to the streams available in the podcast version

We have some users who have used the layout for the embedded podcast version to obscure the primary video when they only want to display the secondary video with audio. Now that a viewer is able (in the June 2021 release) to select their own layout (which is a welcome addition), this somewhat breaks that workflow.
I propose two potential solutions:
- An option within the "Outputs" menu for a session to lock the embedded viewer to that layout when primary only or secondary only are selected.
- An option to hide the primary video (but leave the audio) for a section within the editor, like you can with secondary video sources. (the ideal case)
