Problems with Login using Crestron Module

Hello,

i will use Panopto v2.2 mdule from application market but it dont work.

I have contact to crestron Support, but there is everything fine. They chack the module and all.

Only the Server from Panopto dont answer.

The german Sopport told me to ask here in the forum. They cant help.

I hope someone can help me.

    Thank you for posting this message and I am really sorry for the trouble that you may not login to Panopto.

    I know you already have a ticket with Panopto support about this topic. Let us follow you up there. Crestron Module is maintained by Crestron team and we may not answer in this forum. I further apologize the misleading direction from our representative to post the message here.

    the Crestron Module works. I have check all options with the Crestron support here.

    Crestron told me it's a Panopto Problem - and i think so. It would help to check the parameter i give to the Module.

    The Problem is the local Panopto Server.

    I don't know if there some parameter other than the Crestron Test instance ?

    Username and Password and the url. Could there be a /xyz... behind the URL ?

    The user is a local admin, should there be some other options for him ?

    I can send some screenshots but i think they don't help at the moment.
