Add Secondary Recorders to the Batch Scheduler

It would be very helpful to allow us to batch schedule in locations with multiple recorders. In my particular situation we have large rooms which have both a presenter's PC and a Panopto recorder appliance. Using the secondary recorder allows us to capture cameras from one and desktop content from there other. However, right now it is not possible to record both in a schedule written by the scheduler app.
