More Granularity in Delete permissions


I was hoping to get more options as far as limiting who can delete what. Right now, we can set the system so that non admins can delete anything or nothing. I was hoping to get more options to make limitations like "Only admins can delete root folders". We have no problems allowing creators to delete sessions or subfolders, but when they delete root folders, connections in our Blackboard integration are broken and need to be fixed by an administrator. By letting creators delete subfolders and sessions but NOT root folders, those connections can remain active and not broken unless a request is put into an admin.

I think this would be a very helpful feature.
