Continue to process a session without an unusable (locked, read-only, or otherwise) PowerPoint file

I would like to see Panopto handle a locked or otherwise unusable PointPoint file a bit better.

Currently, the session will just fail to process until this file is removed. This is fine, but in the cases I've seen, this file is more auxiliary than primary content (another secondary stream exists, the PPT is just there for the table of contents). As such, if it isn't able to be processed, the session itself should still be viewable without the PPT without further action by the creator.

I think the creator should still be notified of the error, but it shouldn't stall out the whole session IMHO.

This is a fairly limited problem, but it comes up enough and the need is general enough that I thought the feature request was worthwhile.
