Strict Reference Copy Option

It would be great to "lock-in" a session as a reference copy so a creator in the folder cannot modify the reference copy. This might include the ability to make additional reference copies, adjust the session in the editor, adjust availability settings, adjust session settings, etc.
I think these settings (specifically the session availability) should be able to be adjusted within the strict reference copy but only by folks that are creators of the original session.
