Add auto inserted lti link moduleinfo name to language customisation options

We have been testing the new functionality in the latest release of the moodle panopto block to automatically insert an lti link on newly created courses. We rename our panopto installation in moodle and when the lti link is added to a course the name defaults to 'Panopto Course Tool' and this appears to be hard-coded, this then means that we would need to update each new course lti with our specific name or leave this as 'Panopto Course Tool' which is likely to cause confusion with our users.
This could be resolved by adding that as a language customisation string in the moodle language pack. Could this be done?
