Ensure Zoom recordings are deleted after successfully automatically imported in Panopto

Mid-October 2021, we received a Zoom report we were at 20% capacity. Again, less than three months later we received a Zoom report that we are at an alarming 20% capacity. Please create a feature that ensures that Zoom recordings are deleted after successfully automatically imported in Panopto
- Generate bi-weekly or monthly audit/report of Zoom recording deletions, and recordings NOT deleted.
- Create some kind of Red Flag to alert Panopto and organizations immediately, when the Zoom deletion process is not working.
