Please add a System Role that lets a user publish/upload/create content to other people's My Folder . . . BUT that doesn't let users see other content in that user's folder. It could be similar to the way an assignment folder behaves, but be a role assigned by the Admin to specific users. This would give a user universal permissions to deliver content to any user's account--which would be big benefit for those of us whose offices produce content for various departments . . . and then need to share them with and transfer ownership of the videos to someone else.
