Create a new admin dashboard showing all meeting/folder mappings
I've had several faculty use an old Zoom meeting. Because they created a folder mapping for the previous semester which is still in place, the recording winds up in the old directory.
(Part of me would like to have folder mappings expire, but that seems really complex.)
I'd like to start by simply letting Admins see all the folder mapping in place on their systems.
I would like to see the username, Meeting Mapping Source, meeting ID, Folder Name, and the date it was created.
I would like the ability to sort by those fields, select multiple mappings, and delete them in bulk. Editing individual mappings would also be helpful.
Then I could sort the list with the oldest meetings at the top and delete ones which point to old course folders.
