keyboard shortcuts and multiple audio sources.

Hi, I really would like to be able to set up keyboard shortcuts so that the primary video feed (I'm guessing this is the one shown on screen during a lecture?) can be selected/changed in real-time as the recording progresses - whilst all the active streams continue to be recorded uninterrrupted ?
Also the same for multiple audio streams.
OBS lets the user do all this mixing/switching with remote keyboard shortcuts (scenes, etc), but it will not allow the recording of the raw individual streams for later mixing without the use of what appear to be some slightly flaky plugins.
