Link availability date to LMS assignments

Whenever an assignment is created in an LMS and a Panopto video is linked to it, the Panopto video doesn't follow the availability date of the assignment. This means that the video becomes available immediately in the LTI tool while the assignment is not.
If the video contains information about the assignment, students suddenly have access to that information too early.
There is a workaround, but it's extra work for teaching staff.
