Allow 'Move Scheduled Remote Recordings' for Remote Recorder Admins

Currently, this can only be done by Admin only, not Remote Recorder Admins, RR Creators, or Departmental Admins, perhaps it would be appropriate to allow it for some of these other Roles in addition to RR Admins.

This is a great request!
I think it is reasonable to believe that if one is able to administer more than one remote recorder device that they would also be able to manage/move recordings between those devices. I don't personally have much of a need for this today but as we bring more RR devices online in different areas it seems like something that we will need.
This seems like a no-brainer!
