Private text area only for administrators

It would be great to be able to add a text note for media folders and media items that are only viewable to administrators (I'm thinking a private metadata text field). There are times when I need to make a note for other admins to read that shouldn't be viewable by creators or (more importantly) viewers.

I'd prefer the text note/metadata field to be seen from the overview area of a media item, as I wouldn't want our admins to have to view a video and look into the comments section to find notes about a particular media item. Having that info available as an option at the folder level is also helpful, and the video comments wouldn't be able to be applied here.
