Ability to track amendments made by users in ASR captions

I am working to build out a dictionary for our site and it would be very helpful to know what our users are correcting to see if there are any terms that stick out.
I think this could be implemented in one of two ways:
- (Ideally) A UI for dictionary management that will both allow Admins to add terms within Panopto (instead of needing to download and upload a CSV) as well as suggest terms that are repeatedly being corrected by end users.
- A site report that will provide admins with ASR corrections made by end users.
