Ability to push/update Remote Recorder configs to clients

Hi all,
Again, another feature request as per the title - the ability to configure the .config file of the recorder from the cloud - as it stands when we deploy Panopto to user devices, I have wrapped the installer in a self extractor that additionally updates the config file itself. This process would be much improved if a configuration file could be specified at the cloud level, and when the recorder is registered to the cloud, it pulls down the configuration required.
