Make Archived Videos Moveable . . . without Restoring from Archive.

Users who leave the institution often have Archived Videos. Those videos may need to be managed by another user. Current process requires Admin to access a user account, and click Move to move active videos to another user account--but the archived videos don't give that option.
Moving any archived video requires first clicking Restore from Archive . . . then waiting 2 days . . . then returning and attempting the move again.
Please enable the Move feature to work for Archived videos, too.

This is a must have feature and a no-brainer. We don't want to have to restore archived videos to move them, especially if they may never need to be restored.
