Description field for a folder

Hi,
Sometimes it's hard to embed the intent of a given folder just with its title. It would be quite convenient if administrators or folder owners could fill an optional description field. This field could be used to:
- further describe the content of the folder: what's in it, what is not
- add links to related resources (in my company we also have other collaborative platforms, including a wiki; classification is aligned across platforms, so I would like to be able to link a video folder to resources on the same topic, located elsewhere)
If the field could accept some level of HTML formatting, that would be even greater.
