Allow users to request better captions

ASR in Norwegian is currently not great, and I know that it's currently being worked on. But even if it's vastly improved it will never be perfect. I would like a feature/option that would allow users(students) to request better captions. This would be helpful for students who have some sort of impairment, if the ASR in the specific video makes the content hard/impossible to understand. For obvious reasons schools and universities will never be aware off all students with various degrees of impairment. Further it would be useful in those cases where the ASR is just bad, regardless of impairment, to let the owner(teacher) know that the students thinks the captions in this video is bad. Or when the owner have not enabled ASR, thinking it was not needed, users can request it.
