Recorder Mobile Interface and Default Recording Time

Currently the default recorder mobile interface recording time is 30 min and if you go to the Remote Recorders tab on the server and click on a recorder the default recording time is 60 min.
Would it be possible to change the default recorder mobile interface recording time to 60 min?
Or maybe add a server setting that we can change?
Another option would be to not have a default time pre-selected and not allow a recording to start without selecting the time.
The recording time is also easy to miss and there is nothing to indicate that you can choose a longer recording time.
