SOAP API - looking up user based on userkey without admin rights

Hi, trying to build something that will automatically share a folder with a user. The user we are using for API access is not an admin.

How can we get a user GUID based on their userkey? It looks like the GetUserByKey endpoint in the UserManagement API is for admins only.

    Hi Sam,

    For the security reasons only admin can get the information about another user, or the calling user can get their own info.
