Viewer engagement visible in Panopto player

I had a student speak to me today to ask if it were possible for viewer engagement to be visible to viewers on Panopto, this would give students an indication of sections most reviewed by their peers as well as allowing academics to see which sections of a recording are accessed most by students.
Currently, this is just visible in recording stats, it would be interesting to see this displayed alongside the progress bar even without individual figures, perhaps a graph that shows the peaks and troughs.

Recording heat maps are present in many other products but not Panopto.
No idea why. It should be configurable at the creator, folder, department, and organization levels but this should be an option.
