Notification of issue affecting Remote Recorder Usage report
Hello - We want to let you know about an issue with the Remote Recorder Usage report.
What is the issue?
The Remote Recorder Usage report omits results for videos recorded with Epiphan and Extron Remote Recorders.
Which versions of Panopto are affected?
All Panopto Clouds are affected.
How do I tell if this affects me?
This affects all customers who run the Remote Recorder Usage report and have recorded videos with Epiphan or Extron Remote Recorders.
How do I mitigate the issue?
Contact Panopto Support to request the Remote Recorder Usage report.
When will this be resolved?
We plan to resolve this for all Panopto Clouds with our 13.15 release by March 10th, 2023.

This issue has been resolved in all Panopto Cloud environments.
