Hello,

Video retrieval may take 48 hours, but can system admins shorten the time (manual handling) for some urgent cases? I'm asking on behalf of our system admins.

    Hi Grace,

    Archived sessions restore process can take up to 48 hours, but is often much faster then that and system admin cannot do anything to speed up that process.

    System admin can only setup email notification, so when session is ready for viewing again the Creator should receive notification.
