Summary report on sessions restored from archive

As we now need to keep track of viewable stored hours, archived hours, and created hours, I want to suggest the following:
A report that shows admins a detailed list of all sessions that have been restored from archived to viewable within a period of time (week/month/year). We would want to see the session name (with link directly to it) it's location folder, who restored it and when.
We have the option to receive summary reports of all sessions moving from viewable to archived (with details that include the criteria/rule that led to the archiving). We can easily see recently created sessions. This new report would provide us with a comparable level of info about sessions moving from archive to viewable.
