Quiz option to ask question while video is paused and visible

We are hearing from instructors that they are often disappointed to learn that they cannot ask students to refer to a current frame in their video. Think "What do you see here that indicates ..." or "What do you think is about to happen ..."

For example, a student is watching a demonstration of a technique and the instructor wants to pause the video and ask a question about the practitioner's hand placement, choice, action, etc. Or, the instructor wants the student to identify something in the frame at this point in the video.

The feature could take the form of an option to include a still image of the current frame at the point of quiz insertion.
