API ViewingType

Hi Team,

Creating this post on behalf of UNISA (from ticket 00887553).

So far they have not been able to locate the ViewingType column. They would like to know if there is a way that they can work out the ViewingType via the API?

    Unfortunately I do not think that the ViewingType data is available to the API and it only available from the reports on the actual Panopto site.

    Hi Joe

    We need to provide the total viewing time, per student, per course (many recordings), in our teaching dashboard. This data doesn't make sense if the different viewing types are not separated. I don't believe the report data can automatically be ingested into our teaching dashboard. Can you suggest how we can achieve this goal?
