stop creating child course folder by batch course provision

We are using Ultra integration in Blackboard and the batch course provision tool to create all course folders for our Blackboard Ultra courses. We also use child and parent courses to manage course and enrolment. We found the batch course provision creates course folder for both parent course and child course. As child course is meant to be an enrolment conduit, it will never be used to contain any contents and therefore child course folders would never used for teaching. However as students are enrolled in child course (child course enrolment is copied to parent automically) and instructors are enrolled in parent course only, the students would have access to both child course folder and parent course folder while instructor have only access to parent course folder. This could cause confusion. Please stop creating child course folder by batch course provision tool to avoid confusion and the unnesccesay folders for child courses.
