Notification of issue affecting the ability for viewers to see their statistics

Hello - We want to let you know about an issue preventing viewers from seeing their statistics.


What is the issue?

Viewers can normally see their personal statistics by clicking the statistics icon on the Everything page. The button to launch that functionality is currently unavailable to viewers and the direct link cannot be easily constructed on a user-by-user basis.


Which versions of Panopto are affected?

Panopto Cloud


How do I mitigate the issue?

Viewers can request their statistics from creators and administrators until the issue is resolved with an upcoming release.


When will this be resolved?

We tentatively plan to resolve this issue in all cloud environments by August 11th.
