Allow admins to bulk restore folders, including all content in all subfolders

Currently if an admin goes to the System Archive and needs to restore a specific folder and all of it's content, searching for the folder only returns content in that folder and does not include subfolders. If a folder contains hundreds of subfolders, each with its own subfolders (such as a Canvas root folder), it is close to impossible to restore all content as an administrator. If the System Archive cannot be fixed, there should be an option to select a folder and restore all content within.

I would also like some way for Panopto to scan a Canvas course and make sure any Panopto videos it contains are ready to play.
