Allow bots to more easily search Panopto documentation

Institutions use various platforms for staff, faculty, and students. Each platform has knowledge bases that are useful, but it would be ideal to collect them in one place, ideally a bot that the user can interact with. Panopto currently has the option to download PDF's of articles; this is useful (we can upload the pdf's to the bot's knowledge base) but not ideal as these articles can change as the interface is updated. It would be great if there was access to a site map or a simplified knowledge base specifically for bots to reference. That way, the user will always get the latest version of documentation.
