Remote Recorder Client confidence preview

We would like to be able to click on the taskbar icon for the remote recorder and have a "confidence preview" for end users (so we don't have to keep permissioning out remote recorder creator or videographer access as our recording is automated and we don't want manually created scheduled causing us issues.
The taskbar icon could give the "confidence preview" option and once clicked present a dialogue with the primary and secondary stream previews along with an audio histogram and recording status to provide the presentor with confidence their recording and anticipated inputs are recording as expected.
