We would like to have a permanent webcast url and a stream key so we could start ad hoc streams from a encoder.
Use case: We could have encoders in auditoriums controlled by an control panel which could be used to start an webcast whenever with a single button without the need to manually schedule an webcast and input stream keys to the encoder.
This way our end users could stream events such as public examinations and webinars easily without the help of digital services
