Ability to Course Copy without the need to use Templates in D2L Brightspace

When using the "import/export/copy components in Brightspace, user should get the option to also copy the videos in Panopto from the existing course to the course that content is being copied to. Right now this is only available if the function "template" is used in Brightspace and some organization don't build their LMS around this function.
Workarounds for this now is to go to the course, select Panopto and copy videos form the existing course to the new one manually, which many users either don't get or find cumbersome.
