Ability to disable Remote Recorder Device Match Notifications

A new feature has been added "Enable automatic device matching for remote recorders" - as part of this we get a notification sent out whenever this happens.
We use our lectern PCs as remote recorders, so staff can connect webcams etc to the PC. Each time they do this, we get this notification. As such most of the notifications are not useful to us and we wish to disable them. There is no feature to do this without disabling all remote recorder notifications, some of which are useful. Please add the ability to disable these notifications.

I agree. The actual device matching feature is not useful in for our RRs. We use a separate PC in the classroom as a RR and anytime we update the RR software or the PCs operating system we get one of these device match notifications. We still have to go to the RR settings and tweak the configuration.
I opened a ticket about the notifications today and the tech opened an internal request: FR-6463 - Ability to disable Remote Recorder Device Match Notifications.
FWIW, she also suggested that if the device match feature is not needed I can turn it off and then I won't get the notifications.
