Notification of issue affecting availability window settings
Hello - We want to let you know about an issue affecting the display of availability window settings.
What is the issue?
Availability window settings are being displayed incorrectly in some cases.
If a video has no start or end date specified, the availability window settings will show that the video has a start and end date set to the current date/time.
However, videos are still only being made available according to the most recently applied availability settings.
There is not currently a method available to review existing availability window settings unless a start or end time has been specified.

Panopto Cloud
How do I mitigate the issue?
This is a display issue only.
If the availability window needs to be changed, you can still update the availability window settings as you would normally.
When will this be resolved?
We tentatively expect to resolve this issue in all environments by February 2nd.
