Setting default view for primary and secondary streams

In some of our grad courses, we have multiple secondary streams captured on a remote recorder, and we'd like to use the content (slides) stream as S1 rather than say a wide angle video of the lecture theatre.

I've been asking for control of the secondary streams as it seems to be arbitrary. I capture up to 7 different streams through my Pearl2, so it's random and I've been asked if we can switch the S1 stream in editing, which would be nice, but I'd love to be able to set it so all of my rooms are consistent.
Only roundabout way I know of is to download the slides stream out as an mp4, and then reupload as a second primary stream. Do the same for your recorded primary stream to make it a secondary stream. Time consuming but works.
