Upload your own audio for Audio Descriptions

I work closely with the Universal Design Center at CSU Northridge and one of their main concerns is video accessibility. We're all grateful for the Audio Descriptions that you can add into Panopto, but naturally we feel there should be a way to simply record and insert audio descriptions in the Panopto editor that have been prerecorded by a person, instead of a computer generated voiceover like it is now. We feel that this option would allow students who use or require audio description features to get a more engaging experience when it is an actual human voice that has recorded natural sounding descriptions for them. In addition, at the student's preference, they should be able to switch back to the computer generated voice as an option if they want to.
