Pin as many streams as you like at once (viewer interface improvement)

We want our students to be able to pin how many (or how few) of the video streams they want. The options at the moment are limiting and frustrating.
In our lectures, we capture many different inputs. To ensure that students who cannot attend can still see all explanations; there are fixed cameras for whiteboards, a camera centered on the lecturer and digital capture of all projected images. Many of our lecturers like to present slides whilst doing a live demonstration on a different screen.
The problem is that the only options for students are to see one image, two images or ALL images.
They should be able to add/remove different steams in their view, ideally having the option to change the size of the image too.
