Auto Tagging or Moving File Based on Title or Chat

I have a use case that requires us to map a certain set of content back to a single Panopto folder.

Content will be generated across multiple different Zoom accounts and we'd like to help automate this process by having Panopto automatically move meetings based on either:

  • A specific prefix in the meeting title (eg, Finance 2024 - )
  • A specific hashtag in the comments (eg, #Finance2024)

Is there a way to achieve this in Panopto?

    Hi Daniel,

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a way to automatically move meetings based on the meeting title or contents of the comments.
