Allow Panopto Quizzes to automatically deduct or deny points for late submissions

Our Instructors would like the Panopto to deduct or deny points if students view/submit the quiz after the due date. They do not want to allow students to get full credit for completing the quiz after the due date has passed and then having to manually adjust their score in Blackboard based on the timing. But they want to keep the videos open for students to re-watch later.
