Set Permissions for content and folders under a My Folder

As we evaluate if we can integrate Teams into Panopto, it would be helpful if we were able to lock down My Folders (and content/folders under it) to be only available to the individual the folder belongs to. Integrating Teams into Panopto seems like it would be good for us, but the potential exposure of PHI that could come if we fold Teams meetings into existing Meeting Recordings folders is something that I don't know that we are going to be able to address without being able to lock down My Folders.
Ideally we'd be able to have some business rules on our side to put folks that may produce PHI into a group where their My Folder is locked down, where other users could have "Standard" rules in place.
