Query strings for "Add a webpage" Table of Contents tool

We commonly use the "Add a webpage" tool to insert a certificate generation webapp into the video, and it works well enough, but it would be very helpful if we could inject some query strings (like username, email, name, video attributes, key-values) into the link dynamically.
We do this manually when putting in the URL for static elements, but it would be fantastic if we could pull in information about the user consuming the video.
