The support team is always endlessly helpful in situations where a session fails to process, or if something else happens, however, it would be very helpful in a few situations if we were able to access the source files as uploaded.
This would both be helpful in situations where something needs to be encoded again manually or in situations where we need that source media back out of Panopto. I think as more features are added to Panopto when it comes to interactivity/more in-depth editing tools, being able to pull that unedited media out, edit offline, then reupload is going to be critical.
I thought there had been a feature request for this some time ago, but I couldn't find one in searching so I figured I'd make another.
